Beguiled By you

“You look beautiful tonight”, Ryan said as he drew me toward him and kissed me gently.

As I kissed him back, his kiss deepened, and his entire body enveloped me, and we melded together as if we were always meant to be that way.

“Oh my God,” I thought, “How did this guy walk into my life?”

Both my doctor and best friend said I needed a change.

Spend the summer on a Texas ranch, my friend said. “It will be good for you”, she said.

I thought it was a terrible idea!
